Ride for Jim

As most of you now know, James "Jim" Stevens sadly died on 1st December from Motor Neurone Disease aged just 52. Jim was a member of this club since the beginning and cycled thousands of miles all over Wiltshire and the surrounding counties with us. The aim of this ride is just a social get together for a meandering route of 18 -20 miles at a very social pace. It's a chance to have a chat, catch up with a few riders who have not been out on their bike in a while and maybe reminisce about our old mate - especially when he skinned Dwayne at the top of the hill on the infamous segment between the Black Dog crossroads up to Worton. It would be really nice to see lots of riders at this social ride, even if they didn't know Jim. We will hopefully be back to the Barge Inn just after opening time to enjoy a post ride pint in his honour!
