We are glad to share, that MTR is introducing beginner-level easy trail runs.
Previously MTR was organising only one trail group run on Sundays. But now we have added another group trail run on Saturday mornings as well. Which will be designed to cater to beginners who want to start trail running and explore Margalla hills in short sessions using easier routes.
MTR welcomes people of all genders and age groups to our beginner group trail runs. MTR is also a strong supporter of promoting female running in Pakistan, be it on trails or roads. So, if you are a girl, boy, or senior citizen who wants to run on hills and learn about trail running, then do join up! We have a friendly group of trail runners who meet up every week.
This Saturday we are going to run on the shortest trail of Margalla Hills, Trail 4 till the famous selfie point. We will start running from trail 4 parking and there will be an easy 1km warm-up run on flat section tail 4 later enter into the uphill section.
