Zwift Nosco Foundation Social Ride p/b Liv Cycling

Join us every Tuesday morning on Zwift for the socially paced group ride. We try to cover about 20 miles in the hour. We have a Liv Swag give away 30 minutes into the ride. It is a fun ride, not a race. Starts at 6:30am pst
