We are a road, cross country and fell running club and welcome men and women of all abilities. We currently have a membership of around 400. We meet at the National Water Sports Centre, West Bridgford, Nottingham on Mondays and Thursdays from 6.45pm to run at 7.00pm. Also track sessions at Bingham on Tuesdays at 8.00pm.
