PBO is a Black grassroots organization that provides food and hygiene products to Oakland’s houseless population, even during the COVID-19 crisis.

Currently, they are also collecting bail funds for Black protestors who have been arrested in Oakland. Any funds that are not used for bail will be redirected to their daily operations.
