The challenge is thus - run three times a week for any three of the four weeks in April.
You need to run a minimum of one mile, (no maximum) on three different days in one week. You need to repeat this so you do it for three weeks out of the four weeks in April.
Week One is April 1st - 7th
Week Two is April 8th -14th
Week Three is April 15th - 21st
Week Four is April 22nd - 30th
Weeks do not have to be consecutive
