We welcome all levels and have groups that ride from low intermediate to advanced. We ask that every rider be able to ride a min of 23km/hr for 50-60km and is happy to ride with TaG expectations of competence and safety.
Our rides focus on learning,camaraderie & FUN built in elements will challenge your fitness. We ask our members to follow our lead in rules and etiquette.
Group rides are meant to be Safe, Fun,Challenging and Inclusive.
TaG Cycling is a Coaching Company directed by Olympians Lesley Tomlinson and Chrissy de Vall.
