Tunstall and Rendlesham Off Road Group,http://www.trogmtb.com. TROG is a Community Amateur Sports Club and is a Suffolk based Mountain Biking group who organise weekly rides around the trails and bridleways in Tunstall and Rendlesham Forests as well as other local venues. The object of TROG is to provide facilities for and promote participation of the whole community in the sport of mountain biking in Suffolk.
