A lovely, winding route through the countryside and around Lake Dora is a great way to start off your festival weekend. Starting off with a flat few miles to Tavares, you will be greeted by what the locals call the “Little Pyrenees” for a few short miles before heading south to wide open pastures. After passing just east of Mount Dora, the route encounters some rolling hills and a quick trip up Thrill Hill! Get your legs ready for a total of 1200’ of climbing. There are two Rest Stops strategically planted along the way. This ride is for the guest who is comfortable riding on roads with speed limits of 45mph and with little or no shoulder at times.
