1. Start at the Can Too meeting point in Centennial Park, run along Grand Drive, turn left into Loch Ave. Watch for cyclists!
2. Right into Dickens Dr, Right onto Grand Dr, Veer left into Parkes Dr
3. Sharp right into Carrington Dr at the top but then veer left so you go up onto the pathway alongside Oxford St
4. At about 3km, you’ll turn right into York Rd
5. Continue all the way along York Rd then turn right into Darley Rd
6. At the end of Darley Rd, follow the shared pathway to your right (alongside Alison Rd and Anzac Pde). Keep to the left and watch for cyclists
7. Veer right along Flinders st
8. When you reach Taylor Square, veer left down Oxford St
9. Cross at College St so you head diagonally into Hyde Park.
10. Run up the centre of Hyde Park, past the fountain and continue straight down Macquarie St
11. Continue until you turn left to go across the Cahill walkway
12. Keep going and cross the Harbour Bridge
13. Down the stairs and right into Broughton St
14. Follow the road around until you reach the bus stop at Alfred St
