Saturday January 10. Led by Iain and Stefan.
No drop ride, steady pace. All welcome - we won't bite. Focus is on supporting and encouraging, not hitting the climbs hard. We'll stop to regroup at the top of each of the major climbs. Which are as follows -
7am start at Hawthorn town hall (corner Glenferrie and Burwood Rd), rolling out up the 1 in 20, down the Devils Elbows, up again via One Tree Hill, across to the base of the Wall, up again, a fleeting visit to Sky High after Olinda and then downhill and home.
Coffee/brunch/lunch/munch at Axil Coffee Roasters to conclude. Maybe an extra stop along the way if we're feeling peckish. BYO bars and gels etc., we'll be out there for a while. Not sure about what time we'll be getting back, but plan for 12-1pm.
