SUNDAY 22nd MARCH 2015 - 19th ARLINGTON COURT CANTER 11am
We will be accepting entries on the day.
Children's race starts at 10.15am prompt in fron of the main house. The kids' race is BEFORE the main race.
Voted one of the toughest but most scenic off road runs in The West Country. The Undulating course is through woodlands and Parks all within the scenic National Trust Arlington Estate. If you haven't tried it before you are in for a real treat - there is a strong temptation to forget all about times, pbs and all that and just enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The race starts and finishes outside the main house at Arlington Court. This year, we are running the race on Mother's day and the National Trust have a range of activities and events for Mothers on that day (see below)
This is an off road course that features steep, difficult paths, muddy and very wet paths and fields and is generally considered a tough run. It is, however, lots of fun and there is always a great atmosphere.
There are prizes available for age category winners and prizes for the first three finishers in the mens' and ladies' race. Prizes are beautifully made local pottery plates.
Why not join North Devon Road Runners and get training for this fantastic event! See you at the Canter.
