Training ride designed to work on group riding, speed and sprint intervals.
- Ride will roll off from IR shop on Koon Seng Road at 06:00.
- 2nd meeting point will be the OCBC on Upper Thomson Road (by the old Longhouse), roll off from here will be 06:40
There are 2 sprint points (ensure it is safe to sprint and that the group is clear of other road traffic):

2. End of Changi Coast Road
Ride rules:
1. Don't join in the rotation if you are unsure, stay at the back and observe.
2. Always echo any warnings down the line to ensure all riders are aware of obstacles, speed changes etc.
3. Stop any rotation and ride single file when the there are obstacles or cyclists to overtake. The rider at the front must call out to everyone to be in a single line during any overtaking manoeuvres.
4. Never chase other group/solo cyclists if they are faster than the group, it will only cause the peloton to break apart.
5. Hold your bike steady and if you wobble or swing or sway when your head moves, keep looking forward and far ahead to so that you will return moving in a straighter line.
6. Increase to a higher gear if you are spinning too quickly and bouncing on the saddle.
7. Remember,lights, spares, money and to pray for good weather.
8. Work to maintain a STEADY pace, and avoiding shooting.
9. Give way to other riders and allow them into the line when appropriate.
10. STOP AT RED LIGHTS
A following group will be led by Thiam Sing to enable less experienced riders to join in and have no fear of being dropped from first train.
