A delightful 5mile trail run starting and ending at Knaresborough Cricket Club. Heading out of Aspin and down the crag onto Abbey Road before cutting through across through the Lido and taking the trails through Birkham Woods to the bypass. After crossing with great care, a loop takes you up the closed road and close to Plompton Hall before emerging back at the bypass. Cross and take bridlepath back into Birkham woods before cutting across fields down to the River Nidd after the Cricketer's put and returning to the Lido via the south bank of the river. Exiting the Lido a final steady climb on tarmac leads back to the start point.
