Settle in for some climbing today. The kms don't seem like much, but with the metres you'll climb, you're going to feel it by the end of the day. The rewards will be worth it though.
Just out of Halls Gap is your first climb of the day up to Wonderland Lookout. This gets your legs going before heading up the aptly named Mt Difficult Rd, to Boroka Lookout. Take in the incredible scenery before descending down and heading towards your next climb, up Mt Victory to The Balconies and Reeds Lookout.
Now that the legs have warmed up and you’ve conquered Mt Victory, you’ll make your way towards Sundial Lookout for your final climb of the day.
After Sundial, loop around the main road to see the incredible Lake Bellfield. Then head back down the valley road back to Halls Gap and enjoy a hard-earned drink and bite to eat. The roads in the Grampians are incredible, but make sure you’re always keeping a lookout for cars and following all the road rules.
