This is an out and back course that commences on the Ellen Cove Boardwalk at Middleton Beach. Start on the path from the jetty. Run along the Boardwalk alongside Flinders Parade. Past Surf Club, Surfers Beach and continue along path until 2.0km turnaround (See Map). Return for a flat and fast 4km!
