Head above the hut to start this walk. Come across the old mine rd and then head behind the hill and along the Ridgeline. Go through the gate and follow the wide sheep tracks across the face of the Spring Hill. Make your way up to the saddle and the double back east along that main high ridge where theres a vehicle track. Careful down the next steep hill. If it's wet and you're not an experience walker I would leave it. For the fit and agile, head down the hill to the gate you came through. Follow the sheep tracks across the side of the hill back to Sweeney's.
