Basically: the greenways from Pelham Bay, across to Van Cortlandt, up past Tibbets Brook and Redmond Parks to Palmer, take Palmer to Pondfield through Bronxville, to Locust, Columbus Lincoln, down Wolfs Lane in Pelham, across the Esplanade, and back down to the greenway start above Pelham Bay.

To add some miles, go up to Orchard Beach, and possibly into the woods above for some nice water views if you are on a MTB, and/or go down to City Island.
