Just shy of the 50 Km mark , Allow 2-2.5 hours to get around this relaxing cycle . With only a few drags to raise the heartrate here. Its would require only a moderate level of fitness and preparation to complete the course . Again it follows the same route as the other two parcours on the day with the route split coming after the Dark Road , with a left turn at the R347 to craughwell village . the route home is the same as that of the other 2 routes, homeward bound on the Old Dublin Rd R466
