This route combines our stage 5 Reverse and our stage 1 Reverse route for a 10k route. This route is a mix of trail and tarmac. Please take care on the section between Banners Gate and Boldmere Gate, this trail sections of this route can get quite muddy depending on weather conditions and it also crosses the main driveway to the Golf club.
Please note: Take care when crossing the driveway and also take care when running on trail sections for they are inherently more hazardous than a concrete path.
