This is one of my fav runs!
Leave the Griffin and head upto pinfold drive, turn left and run up pinfold until the top of the hill. Turn right and keep right and run up the red rocks. Be careful as there is 50m of uneven ground. continue onto carmel collage and then turn right down prescot road. Keep going until the 2nd set of traffic lights and turn right down burrows lane all the back to the griffin. approx 3.8miles
