5km out and back run from South side of the kiosk, past Continental Pools, stay on outside foot path then past fish markets, up Flagstaff Hill, on to footpath, beach side of South Beach surf club staying on path until the turn around point adjacent to concrete drive inside grounds just past the Southern stand at WIN Stadium. Turn and head back finishing at the start point on the southern side of the Kiosk.
