Down one of the prettiest valleys in the dales to Burnsall, over the bridge and back up through the fantastically named Appletreewick. Following the smaller roads to stop at the classic cake-stop of Storriths café.
There’s a fair amount of undulation all the way round, but it finishes with a proper hard climb up to the café. It’s a single track road and a real challenge for anyone.
