1. Start at Rickerby Park carpark.
2. Run to Linstock passed the swings.
3. Turn right after the swings.
4. At the next right hand bend, turn left down a trail.
5. Then follow the trail path round and to the left.
6. This will bring you back onto the Brampton road.
7. Turn left to run back towards Carlisle.
8. At the Linstock roundabout turn left and back the way you came.
