1. Start at Sheepmount and Run up Wigton Road to Chances Park.
2. Do one loop of Chances Park. (the advanced group will do 2 or 3 laps of Chances Park to bring the mileage up to 5 or 6 miles).
3. Run back down Wigton Road.
4. Turn left passed Devonshire Walk carpark.
5. At the bottom where it hits Bitts Park, turn right and do a full loop around the park and back to the start.
