The ride starts at Banpo Ministop and goes down the south river bank of the Hanriver. After about 20Km the Amsa uphill with an average grade of 8% has to be managed. After further approx 15Km the Paldang Bridge has to be climbed...after the Amsa hill this is a piece of cake. From there it is mostly flat (Some Rollies) down to Yangsu Station. From here you need to follow the god over open roads to Dumulmori. The way back is almost similar, if you leave Dumulmori you go just straight until you hit the entrance of the bike path. At Padang you can now decide choose the same way you have come or head on straight direction Dokseo. From Paldang to Dokseo it is flat. After Dokseo a short steep climb towards Mieumnaru has to be managed...it is not a shame to walk it up. From there you just follow the river path on the north side back to Banpo.
