The Phoneline Trail is particularly rocky. I fell on April 2, 2017 and slammed my knee on a Saint Bernard Sized flat rock on the trail. It's hard to run large portions of the trail quickly due to the precariousness of both the rockiness and areas where the footing is tricky. I was constantly expending energy on jumping over things instead of making forward progress on the trail.
