Report:
Beans on toast, 5am start, efficient to mid wales despite the headwind and rain, snotty, coughing, silly quartet: Meg, Mike, Nick, mountain roads, Mach for lunchtime, pasta at Kings, Meg and I pushed on, coastal, Pen Y Pass, Menai Bridge with light to spare, soup, lost my voice, pushing on, cameo from JT, evening sun, darkness fell, flat coastal, Daal at Aberdyfi, 3 hours of sleep on a stage with 70 other people, tailwind to Mach, sunrise, feeling slow, not enough sleep, Meg waiting, no voice whatsoever, amazing pass back into England, on my own now, nap in a field, Gospel Pass was savage with sore legs, pushing on, Wye valley to fin.

Great event, well run, great food at the stops.
