I hate that whenever I want to take a break I have to crack one of my bones in half, really ruins the vibe

I wonder sometimes if some unlucky person ever made tea with poison ivy - then I remember that one of my college teammates wiped with it during a workout once, so I know it must have happened

I would say I can't seem to be able to do anything in moderation, but my original plan was to go all the way down to Keystone and make it 40mi. Turned around at A-Basin instead to feel it out. Very pleased I didn't do that because I was absolutely GASSED by the time I made it up the pass the second time. Gonna need new break pads after those decent 🙈
