I wonder sometimes if some unlucky person ever made tea with poison ivy - then I remember that one of my college teammates wiped with it during a workout once, so I know it must have happened

Slightly over 3mi wu to get past the tunnel before starting 20x(30/90) 5k->3k effort/easy, slightly under 2mi cd. For the first time in awhile went slightly faster going by effort than fitness would likely dictate. 4:30 pace just felt so light and efficient today. Pretty damn happy about that.
