Coaching TMBC - 6.5 Mile Recovery run

Wednesday Track 6x 800m in 10k (8:26 down to 7:44 pace)

Coaching SLR - Almost RFK 10+ miles

Missed Tuesday due to the rain, so added Friday speed, and it had just started snowing as I hopped the fence at W&L and started a snowy workout, pushing pretty hard and it felt good until late when I was a bit sore - perhaps due to the cold and micro-tears from the workout.  In any event, a very good Friday addition - let's just hope I can run SLR tomorrow!  COROS 282 Training Load
