Weather cold and rain in the air but thankfully held off enough .  Quite a strong wind from the East ..  Watch decided to update and reset to  " indoor Running'"  just before start so data is messed up ..  Was a couple of people to run with but  because of last week's  diasater  thought I d run solo .. Set off stready and got into a reasonable pace .. Fucked up the timing at 1 k. .. Half way was 14.45  .. Ended up near a girl and ran last mile or so with her ..  No real sprint finish but I got round without walking ..  Saw Steve A  (Brat)  at the end and had a nice chat to him  .. 29.03 .. 6.04 .. 5.49 .. 5.44 .. 5.43 .. 5.41 ... Boston
