Thank you 🙏 Pascal Meury  for the proposal to run in a different country 🇱🇰.

We met unexpectedly cyclon 🌀 Ditwah, which was a life experience, and changed our plans to run long days by staying patient and deciding day by day what to do. Information 📰 prior de cyclon was minimal and/or we did not see it coming. The nees intensified when it was in.

We run stage 1 and half of the stage 2 under a constant rain. When we arrived at the end of the first day we saw that this looked "ok rain" 🌧 and what was coming for the next 2 days was much more 🌧🌧🌧 than what we had. SMS from local authorities DMC - Diasaster Management Center) were advertising about the danger.

Next day we woke up and we decided to stay 🌴🏡.... same decision remained for 3 days more. The stages (2,3,4) that we had next next still did not recovered after 10 days... Against our will time said that was the right choice to don't move on to this area. More remote and higher mountain.

After  a few days we moved to the coast and visit diferent places and did diferent activities 🚴‍♂️🏄‍♂️. Finally got to some other stages at the end. It was great to get a taste of what it was to Trail Run 🏃‍♂️ in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 as well as to enjoy the hospitality, their salutations 👋 and curiosity along the way.
