Treadmill Recovery

Scouted the campus workout loop in case it is needed for tomorrow and then bopped around Orono with Harry, with a stop to see the Santa skeleton. Cold, but not as bad as anticipated, nice to get Harry's Iceland trip recap! Appreciated the company and the chance to get outside. Went over my previous yearly mileage high (3,952 from 2022) during this run, so I've got that going for me at least. Didn't feel bad coming off of yesterday's workout, but did fall asleep again putting Nora to bed last night at like 7:15. Last real workout long run of the Houston build tomorrow!
