Hell of a week.  Sick and 2 back to back intense PT days.  Yesterday was the hardest yet.  But the knee has officially hit full extension under manual manipulation.   I can only get it to about 5deg from lock with quad contraction.  The full bend is also improving. 

Few hours of work day at shop making Slate-ish. Experimenting with 2-3 min breaks every 10-15 min to see how I hold up over the hours.  

Nice ride with Jen.  Kept it slow recovery pace until the end. She is still the hill Climb Champ but I was within a bike length at the top and hit a new PR of 460watts.  

One more day of PT and lots of rest to be ready for Sundays 106km.
