3mi w/u @ 1%, 7->9.2mph, then 4x8min @ 9mph/3% off 60 seconds standing & walking rest, short c/d @ 8mph/1%. Felt pretty controlled until the back half of the last interval, then it started feeling hard. Managed to avoid tensing up or going to the well, but it was rather uncomfortable for a few minutes there. Didn't remember the HR strap today, so just had RPE to guage things.

Semi-quick lift after. Felt weak on a few of the lifts and stronger than usual on a few others. Left hamstring was a bit sore after the run... didn't feel it in the tendon (that's the one that was angry a week or two ago), but something to keep an eye on.
