Easy does it during deload week for both the marathon and cycling plans — but easy doesn’t have to mean boring. Today’s ride was 90 minutes of smooth aerobic endurance right in that 65–75% FTP sweet spot, with four short 20-second sprints at 180% FTP to wake the legs up without overcooking them.

Exactly what a deload week 
should feel like: relaxed, controlled, and just enough pop to keep the engine sharp while the body soaks up all the training from the last block. Building the aerobic base, staying fresh, and setting up for the next push on both two wheels and two feet.

Recovery now, speed later. 💪
