Afternoon Ride
35 pushups, MWF ab routine, lots of rolling pre-race, 36 pyramid pushups
Zwift - Renewal on Ocean Lava Cliffside Loop in Watopia - morning opener before lunchtime race.
Zwift - Group Ride: Standard - Stage 1 - TDZ on Chasing the Sun in Makuri Islands - late join group ride to get something easy in. Legs were fine once I got going.
