Commute back in, hip not too bad
Hmm, 1st hip pain on the bike, hopefully just a result of being off the bike for 10-days.
Another cold one, 264W NP run to complete the Xmas 400-miles, 403.38 to be precise.
Run at higher power to maintain some body temperature as the wind was absolutely freezing
