Wrote  a hard set for varsity and decided to do it. Even with the toys it was too much. They did great though.

Warm-up (1200):
200 swim (3:15)
4 x 25 Big Free (:30)
4 rounds of (w/ fins)
[1 x 100 kick @ 1:45
2 x 50 @ :50 done as 1 drill, 1 swim]
4 x 25 BBFE 

Main set #1 (2 rounds—1600--kept the fins on):
  
2 x 200 @ 2:30 / 2:45 aerobic
2 x 100 @ 1:20 build to fast
4 x 50 @ :45 /1:15 Desc 1-3, 1 easy @ 1:30

Main set #2 (1400)
 
2 x 100 strong on 1:20 
75 EZ on 2:00
3 x 75 strong on 1:00 + 25 sprint after #3
50 EZ on 2:00
5 x 50 on :40 (#1 fast, 2-4 strong, #5 fast)
50 EZ on 2:00
400 swim  in 5:40 + 2:00 rest

Breath Control (3 rounds—700)
75 free (breathe every 5) on 1:15
