Not fasted. 42.6 pound ruck at end. Ice hat filled with ice, T-shirt with three pads, but still substantial chafing, road shoes, single pair of Balega socks.

I did a lot of things right today, but my tender feet caused me too much discomfort for me to keep my heart rate at 140bpm, which was my goal. This is still a faster pace for a 24 mile ruck than any of my 24 mile training rucks last year, when my feet were tender, too. The problem with my feet is that other than my ruck training, I'm not running in between. Time On My Feet (TOMF) is insufficient.

With luck, work will go well enough that I can get back to running six days a week. I will also use a lot more ibuprofen on my next 24 miler. I only had 200mg at 6:15, because I'm not very bright.
