EZ recovery/base miles with Josh. We kept having to slow ourselves down and hold ourselves accountable to a goal of 8:30 pace and were right spot-on even in the snow slush filled terrain. 110 miles was my all time mileage HIGH before (WITHOUT three workouts this past week) and I have never personally felt stronger and better before, even with the new high of 113 miles! The run flew by as we talked shop about future goals, plans for training/racing and with everything US Olympic Triathlons based an the ins & outs with them. Been a absolutely great yet challenging month of training and its only going to get even better and improve even more, yet be extremely, Challenging....LFG!!!!!! 👀✅😈😈😈😈💯
