Short hill workout 3 x [3x20sec] sprints. 2 more workouts this week and then Clearwater Florida for a much needed WARM-SUNSHINE FILLED 4 day weekend and the Clearwater Marathon with my son and mil, their training and the time FLEW BY!!! Come Sunday, they both will be 26.2 miles bound & MARATHONERS 👟🎯🙌🏽🙌🏽✅✅💯
