Race weight down maybe 2 kg from highest, but only 1 kg down from usual race weight.  Body fat up and muscle mass down again!  Literally afraid to race the Advanced race.  The 8:15 race was only 12 riders and I would have been the ONLY Velo 3 rider with majority Velo 1.  Opted for the longer Stage 3 Group ride.  Avg w/kg was manageable in the front group but I still got dropped on the little Leg Snapper.  Fell into a group of 6 for places 10-16.  Stayed in this little group for two more Innsbruck laps and up the Leg Snapper to the start of Innsbruck KOM to finish.  The group broke up and we caught some and some caught us.  I fell several spots to 18th.  Probably 6th B rider.  From a personal perspective, power numbers were not good.  Operation w/kg is a failure thus far.  It seems like watts are down more than kg.  Also feel like my legs are crampy during the rides and at night and may not have adequate glycogen repletion between rides. Did set a PR up Innsbruck KOM, but I don’t think I’ve ever raced it in that direction and the Avg power was terrible for a 20 min effort.
