Quick loop on one of my favourites. Feeling really strong on the technical descents — easily the most coordinated and powerful I’ve felt. I have to say though, there’s a long way to go before I can say I’m feeling strong on the ascents. Hill reps and speed work required.
Nevertheless, a brilliant hour on one of my favourite trails (with the little knife edge spur included for fun). Easily a couple of minutes to be knocked off this one. All in good time.
