Went out on new E-Wheel on the "bedstead" bike so not as efficient as poss . Weather warm at 19 degrees n strong 15 mph wind from West . Road conditions ok till Cott train line . Was delayed there nearly 3 mins but I paused the watch . Only about 10 secs stops else where . Was supposed to be going out early with Laura on the Huggett route but she cancelled . So had a lie in and then did this test . I was helping quite a lot coz I got a sweat on and heart rate was only about 20 less than a normal hard training ride . Bike worked well , Its deceptive how fast you are going . Was about a 5 min PB on this course and nearly 10 mins faster than silver E-Bike . Used a bit of battery tho , prob 7 amps so would struggle to do 23 miles on the small battery at full power . 18.9 mph
