London Calling 3, via the Chilterns passing through Burnham Beeches then through Langley Park before a water splash in Huntsmoor Park (Iver) after 26 miles. Flat and steady gravel trail into central London via the Grand Union canal heading onto the Thames path at Chiswick. Follow the Thames path before crossing over Chelsea Bridge and heading along the Boris Blue cycle routes past the Houses of Parliament, along Embankment and heading towards Smithfield Market before stopping at"Look Mum No Hands" after approx 47 miles.
Then we return via central London using cycle routes and head up a quiet mews, into Regent's Park where we join the canal again near Little Venice and London Zoo We then take the Paddington Branch all the way back along the Grand Union canal to Bull's Bridge (68 miles). Straight back to Langley, then through Upton Park and across to the Jubilee trail at Eton where a further stop is possible if required. Back to Dorney and into Maidenhead, up Malder's Lane to Pinkney's Green, then a fast descent to Temple, through Marlow then heading up Marlow Bottom to Booker, before a great descent to Sands. A final water splash in Dashwood's estate after 99 miles and then straight along the A40 for the final mile into West Wycombe.
