First Zwift race of the off season. Forgot how much Zwift hurts in such a different way. Big group race of all categories, 2 steep climbs, made the front group, got dropped on the last climb, got back on which never happens, sprinted for the pack sprint win (2nd as my Zwift teammate was off the front)

Been doing so much Z2-Z3 that it felt great to pin the HR and empty the tank. I dig Zwift, I love the racing and an hour goes by so fast when the racing is fun. 

FOOD: FavaBean Tofu, steamed + air fryed sweet potato’s, stir fried edamame in a zero cal orange teriyaki sauce, with the zero cal Koniac noodles. 

Lunch was a giant bowl of low cal cereal + a giant bowl of pomegranates, blueberries, and strawberries, BUUUUT with a homemade protein frosting, ZERO CAL allouse powered sugar with Allosue syrup with a scoop of vanilla protein powder made this thic creamy frosting I poured all over the berries. 

HALLOWEEN: Daughter was a mushroom, my wife made her costume, it was rad. I was a bear.
