Yes, this is real. Yes, I actually did this. The data does this NO JUSTICE. The goal? Complete what we deemed as a 3 day route, IN ONE RIDE, while fully self supported with the exception of 2 chashe drops at mile 80 & 200. We hiked, A LOT, we rode, A LOT, and we only stoped twice for a proper sit down at a restaurant which SLAPPED. I can’t wait to show you this one!

But so what makes an impossible route qualify to be “Impossible”? Let me explain how we select routes:

1: its NEVER been ridden before. Sections can be ridden before , but the full route needs, too the best of our knowledge, have never been attempted before. 

2: It needs a component of extreme difficulty. IE/: Self supported, harsh conditions, or wildly remote. 

3: And last would be that each episode needs to have something different and unique about it. We can just keep rehashing the same formula
