Cold AF!!! 

I crushed out a solid 38-minute ride at a recovery pace—this was clearly an easy day, and that's exactly what I’ve needed. My relative effort of 7 is lower than usual, and I’ve spent most of my time in recovery and endurance zones, which is perfect for letting my body bounce back. So this chill ride fits nicely into my pattern of mixing harder efforts with easier sessions.
Compared to last month, this ride was slower than typical 33 mi/h average, but that's the whole point-sometimes the best training is knowing when to dial it back. I’ve been putting in solid work across runs, rides, and strength training, so a recovery ride like this keeps me fresh without overdoing it.
